Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, our returns process is simple and fair.

1. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To start a return, email sales@julianparkerltd.uk within 14 days with your order reference and the item you would like to return. Telling us why is optional but helpful.

2. Sending it back

Please return the item in suitable packaging within 14 days of telling us. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the item we will inspect it and refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. We refund the original delivery charge only if the item is faulty or was not as described.

4. Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, email us with photographs. We will offer a replacement where possible, a partial refund or a full refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
