These terms explain how our website works, what to expect when you place an order for automobilia, and your rights as a customer. By using our site and placing an order you agree to them, so please take a moment to read them.

2. Our products

We sell automobilia: collectable and period motoring items, most of them one of a kind. We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Descriptions, images and prices may change without notice, and items are subject to availability.

Motorcars and bicycles listed on this website are not sold online. They are offered by enquiry, and any sale is made under a separate written agreement.

3. Ordering and payment

Add items to your basket and go to checkout, where you will see the total cost including any VAT that applies and the shipping charge for your destination. Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.

When you pay, Stripe will email you a receipt, and we will confirm your order. Your contract with us is formed when we dispatch your item. If we cannot supply an item for any reason, we will refund you in full.

4. Delivery

We ship within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your delivery details carefully; errors can cause delays and extra costs we cannot be responsible for. See our shipping policy.

5. Returns and cancellations

You have 14 days from receiving your item to tell us you would like to return it. See our returns policy for how this works.

6. Website content

All content on this website, including photographs, text and logos, belongs to Julian Parker Limited or is used with permission. Please do not reuse it without asking first.

7. Limitation of liability

We will always do our best to offer a good service. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss of profits or data, or accidental damage arising from the use of items we sell. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new features. Changes will be posted here with a new date.
