We offer a range of automobilia and automotive-themed collectibles. While we do our best to keep everything accurate, all product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. Items may be limited in stock or one-of-a-kind.

3. Ordering & Payment

Placing an order is easy and secure. Here's how it works:

  • Add your chosen items to your basket and head to checkout.

  • You’ll see the total cost, including VAT (where applicable), and any shipping charges.

  • We accept Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Once you place an order, we’ll send you an email confirming we've received it. We’ll let you know again when your item is dispatched—this is when your order is officially accepted.

4. Delivery Info

We ship across the UK, and in some cases, internationally too.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

  • While we do our best to get your items to you quickly, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Please double-check your shipping details—errors can cause delays and extra costs, which we can’t be responsible for.

5. Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you can return it.

  • You have 14 days from receiving your item to let us know you’d like to return it.

  • Just email us at sales@julianparkerltd.uk.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, our returns process is simple and fair.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at sales@julianparkerltd.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please include your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason (optional but helpful).

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in appropriate packaging.

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked service. We can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 14 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • We don’t refund original delivery charges unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or defective:

  • We will either replace the item, offer a partial refund, or issue a full refund.

5. Exchanges

We’re not currently offering direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
