• Your name and contact details when you send an enquiry, place an order or subscribe to our emails.
• Delivery and order details, so we can send what you have bought.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries.
• To process and deliver orders and handle returns.
• To send you news of new arrivals, if you have asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments.
• Delivery companies, to send your order.
• Our website and email providers, which store data on our behalf.

All are required to keep your data secure and use it only for these purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up. Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. You can ask us to remove you from our mailing list at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to its use and to withdraw consent. Email sales@julianparkerltd.uk to make a request.
