c.1869 French Velocipede with Sprung Steering Head
A later design with an open spring around the steering head, leading into the transitional period.
Very unusual machine featuring an open spring around the steering head.
This is a later design that led into the transitional period in the early 1870`s.
Both wheels are in a delicate state whilst still able to support the machine.
Would make an interesting addition to a collection.
